I sleep fully covered with 2 blankets. Today there is slight improvement in weather.

Day-287 Week-40 Month-9
The weather is very bad , there is no visibility because of Fog. All the flights are cancelled. We remained inside the home for whole day.
NDTV NEWS :
The capital shivered at 3 degrees Celsius, marking the coldest day this winter.
Misery continues for passengers at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International airport. Runway visibility is down to 100 metres and flights have been grounded again.
Airport authorities have said the earliest departures will take place only after 8 am (IST). Several morning flights have also been cancelled.

Day-286 Week-40 Month-9
Today we visited Lotus temple, but we could see only from outside. Then we went to sarojini nagar bazar where my mother bought me a lot of winter wears.
My father's flight to Pune got cancelled because of Fog.

A heavy shroud of fog over Delhi continues to disrupt air and rail traffic. A total of 36 domestic arrivals and 50 domestic departures stand cancelled.
Driving in heavy fog meanwhile is like driving with a blindfold on.
The following measures must be kept in mind while driving in foggy conditions:
Maintain a speed of as low as 30 km/hour
Keep your headlights on low beam
Get fog lights installed in your car
Maintain distance between cars
Use flashers when parked on the road
Use a defroster/windscreen wiper
Use foot brakes gradually
Avoid loud music
Do not tint the windows and windscreen.
Driving in the fog is statistically the most dangerous driving hazard in existence and all precautions must be taken to avoid accidents.
